Marc L. Fleischauer Becomes Newest Member of Firm’s Labor & Employment Department
Coolidge Wall Co., L.P.A. is pleased to announce that Marc L. Fleischauer has joined the firm’s Labor & Employment Department as of July 1, 2011.
Mr. Fleischauer comes to the firm with twenty years of legal experience. His diverse background includes a legal practice focused in the areas of wrongful discharge and discrimination litigation, labor arbitrations, the Family and Medical Leave Act, unfair competition law, and traditional labor law. He has defended claims brought under state and federal discrimination laws and has appeared before administrative agencies. Mr. Fleischauer was recognized in Ohio Super Lawyers® — Rising Stars Edition, and in Best Lawyers in America® for Labor and Employment Law (2009-2011).
Mr. Fleischauer is a graduate of The College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio, and received his juris doctorate from the Florida State University College of Law. He is licensed to practice in both Ohio and Florida.
Mr. Fleischauer was previously an Adjunct Instructor and Professional Fellow at Ashland University (Ashland, Ohio), where he taught employment law. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and serves on the board of the Butler-Warren Society for Human Resource Management.
