Patricia Friesinger is an attorney in the Firm’s Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on assisting clients in creditor and debtor situations. Pat has been representing clients in civil litigation and contested matters involving bankruptcy, debt negotiations, creditor rights, and asset protection. Her clients have included businesses and their owners, creditors, debtors, debtors-in-possession, and trustees in bankruptcy. Pat’s broad range of experience permits her to assist clients with a holistic review of the end goals of the representation.
