John Chambers divides his time between commercial real estate matters and local government representation. John currently acts as general counsel to the Village of Yellow Springs, OH and serves as special counsel to other local governments in the region on selected matters. He is active representing a wide variety of clients in commercial real estate matters with special expertise in zoning and land use matters. He has served as Chairman of the Dayton Bar Association Real Property Committee. John currently serves as Secretary of the Ohio Chapter of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (“NAIOP”) and as Public Affairs Chairman for the Dayton Chapter of NAIOP. He is a frequent lecturer on zoning and land use issues and on public sector matters. 

John has been listed in Ohio Super Lawyers magazine and was most recently selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2012 in the fields of Real Estate Law; Land Use & Zoning Law; and Litigation-Land Use & Zoning.  John has been recognized by Best Lawyers since 1999.
