Employee Benefits The attorneys in the Employee Benefits practice group provide legal advice on all aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation. We have knowledge and experience in representing sole proprietors, small, medium and large businesses, tax-exempt organizations, and governmental entities. Our business clients cover virtually all industries and include start-ups, well established companies, and companies in transition due to merger or acquisition. Employee benefits are a primary concern in attracting and retaining a competitive workforce. Benefits are important to the short-term and long-term financial security of employees. We understand that employers often confront budget constraints while the cost of providing employee benefits, particularly health care, continue to increase. We work with our clients to design, implement and communicate retirement, health and other types of employee benefit plans that can help to further our clients' business objectives.
