Education

John Green is a partner whose health care practice consists of the representation of a wide variety of health care providers. These include hospital-based physician practice corporations, an institutional pharmacy services provider, several community hospitals, management service organizations, physician hospital organizations, home health agencies, and long-term care facilities. He has advised clients on topics including compliance, formation/sale/merger of medical groups, hospital-physician contracting, joint ventures, federal and state anti-kickback and anti-referral laws and regulations, managed care contracting, and patient care, risk management and professional liability issues. John has extensive experience in dealing with all aspects of provider-based, physician-hospital relationships especially in the fields of anesthesiology, pathology and emergency medicine, as well as representing physicians in other areas related to the health care industry. John is also chairman of the firm's Health Care Practice Group and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the area of Health Care Law.

John is an Adjunct Professor at Central Michigan University and Wittenberg University.
