Josh concentrates his practice in the area of Workers' Compensation defense and is a Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation law by the Ohio State Bar Association.
Josh represents state-funded and self-insured businesses and public entities in the area of Workers' Compensation defense and related litigation. Josh has represented employers in more than 1,000 hearings before the Industrial Commission of Ohio. He also handles appeals of workers' compensation issues to the Common Pleas Court, the Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Ohio. In addition to representing employers at hearings and trials, Josh assists employers with day-to-day claims management, injury investigations, actuarial analysis, and cost-savings strategies.
Josh has been named an Ohio "Rising Star" each year since 2009 by Law & Politics Magazine. No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the State are named to this list.
