Q: What are the biggest challenges large Dayton-area law firms are currently facing?
A: Any firm’s biggest challenge is the ongoing effort to ensure that our services and advice help clients achieve their goals. We thrive on being accurate, practical and timely. In addition, like any business, law firms have the challenge of growing revenue while controlling costs. We are constantly looking for better, smarter and more efficient ways of doing business, reducing the cost to serve our clients while improving quality and speed.
