J. Stephen Herbert Named Dayton Best Lawyers Real Estate Lawyer of the Year for 2010
Best Lawyers, the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession, has named J. Stephen Herbert as the “Dayton Best Lawyers Real Estate Lawyer of the Year” for 2010.
After more than a quarter of a century in publication, Best Lawyers is designating “Lawyers of the Year” in high-profile legal specialties in large legal communities. Only a single lawyer in each specialty in each community is being honored as the “Lawyer of the Year.”
Mr. Herbert has over 30 years of experience representing businesses, developers, property owners, and lenders. He focuses his practice on real estate financing, commercial lending, and real estate development, leasing and sales. He is currently Chair of the firm’s Corporate and Real Estate Group.
