Coolidge Wall Attorneys Present to the Dayton Intellectual Property Law Association

On Friday April 11, 2008, David Pierce and Dan Gentry were invited to speak to the Dayton Intellectual Property Law Association on the subject of trade secrets and covenants not to compete under Ohio law.  Their presentation addressed common challenges in such cases as well as more complex aspects of trade secret law.  Mr. Pierce and Mr. Gentry also summarized recent decisions from the Ohio Supreme Court and United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and explained how these decisions would affect lawyers and their clients in the future.
