Wilberding Named to Montgomery County Law Library Resources Board 

On May 21, 2009, Presiding Judge Barbara P. Gorman of the Montgomery County Common Pleas Judges appointed Merle Wilberding, a senior member of Coolidge Wall Co., L.P.A., to a three-year term on the newly-created Montgomery County Law Library Resources Board.
 
Effective July 1, 2009, the new Montgomery County Law Library Resources Board will begin the transformation of the Dayton Law Library with members only access to a law library with public access.  In addition to overseeing the law library, the new Resources Board will manage the coordination, acquisition, and utilization of legal resources within the Montgomery County departments.  
 
Merle Wilberding has a Master of Library and Information Science degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.  He also holds a Certificate of Librarianship from Oxford University in England, as well as degrees from St. Mary’s University (Minnesota), the University of Notre Dame, the University of Dayton, and George Washington University.  He has been with Coolidge Wall since 1973.
