 |
On October 22, 2007, Ohio Governor Ted Strickland appointed Mary Wiseman to fill the term of retiring Montgomery County Common Pleas Court Judge John Kessler. Mary Wiseman will officially be sworn in and take the bench, Monday, November 5, 2007.
For a number of years, Mary Wiseman has been an integral part of the Coolidge Wall litigation team. Steve Herbert, President of the Firm, acknowledged with regret that “Mary will be leaving us to join the Bench. This selection is a tremendous honor for Mary and a tribute to her skills, reputation and hard work.”
A graduate of Ball State University and a graduate of the University of Arkansas – Little Rock Law School, Mary Wiseman spent her entire career working on sophisticated and complex litigation cases during which she earned the great respect of clients and adversaries alike as she championed her causes.
A resident of the City of Dayton, Mary Wiseman has worked in many capacities to build and preserve the Dayton community. From 1997 to 2002, she served as a member of the Dayton City Commission. Even today she remains actively involved in working to solve urban problems.
It is with great pride that Coolidge Wall congratulates Mary Wiseman on her success and wishes her well as a Judge in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. |
