News Release 5/30/08 Two Coolidge Litigators Named Fellows of Litigation Council of America Richard Talda and David Pierce have been selected as Fellows of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA). LCA is the first major trial lawyer honorary society to be established since the 1950's. Fellows are chosen based upon effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation at the trial and appellate levels and their superior ethical reputation. Less than one-half of one percent of lawyers are selected to become Fellows in LCA. Membership in LCA is by invitation only and represents the best in law among its membership. Rick Talda's career accomplishments span 25 years. He current serves as lead trial counsel in business related litigation and arbitrations. Rick also chairs the Firm's litigation practice group. David Pierce has established himself as a extremely competent and effective court advocate for his clients in his 15 years of practice. In the past year he has lectured frequently to attorney, professional and other business groups on a variety of relevant legal topics. David also teaches at the University of Dayton, College of Law and is consistently recognized as one of Dayton's finest trial attorneys.
