David has tried cases in State and Federal Court and represented clients in arbitration before the National Association of Securities Dealers, American Arbitration Association and other tribunals. In addition, he has served as an arbitrator and lectured to professional and business organizations on a wide variety of litigation topics. David was recently selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2012 in the field of Litigation - Labor & Employment.
