Ron Pretekin has 40 years experience in commercial law and banking, and specializes in creditors' rights and bankruptcy law. Ron is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for Banking law and is certified as a specialist in Business Bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification. He chairs the firm's Creditors' Rights Practice Group and has extensive experience in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 proceedings including the bankruptcy court litigation associated with such proceedings. He also has successfully assisted firm clients in the out-of-court resolution of their financial problems.
He is a frequent lecturer in the areas of commercial law, bankruptcy and creditors' rights.
