News Release June 12, 2012 Glenn Bower Appointed Board Member of Local Manufacturer Glenn L. Bower has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Spinnaker Coating, LLC, a $100 million manufacturer of adhesive coated papers and film used by printers and industries for marketing and promotional applications. Spinnaker, an employee owned company, was named by Dayton Business Journal as one of Dayton's 50 fastest growing companies based on its sales increase last year. Louis A. Guzzetti, Jr., Spinnaker's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, commented, "Glenn bring[s] wide-ranging experience to the board and will undoubtedly enhance the quality of the board's decision-making and its oversight of our business affairs." Glenn has 30 years of legal experience representing a variety of publicly and privately-held businesses, including technology and manufacturing companies, health care entities, and other service providers.
