The Real Estate Department provides legal services in all aspects of real estate law, including:

industrial revenue bond financing,
leasing,
project syndication,
joint ventures,
tax appeals,
workouts, and
environmental issues.

The Department's representation encompasses a wide variety of clients, including owners, lenders, governmental entities, contractors, architects, engineers, property managers, title insurers, investment partnerships, condominium and owner associations and investors. In addition to typical transactions, client projects regularly include multi-tiered financings and transactions to satisfy a variety of investment and lending interests. The scope of the real estate department practice provides its members with broad exposure to all the resources available in the area for the successful acquisition, development and operation of a real estate project.

In addition, the firm supports a very active financing practice representing borrowers, lenders and serving as local counsel for real estate and business financing transactions.
