Rena G. Sauer concentrates her practice in the area of labor and employment law. She represents and counsels employers in connection with all types of employment matters, including discrimination, wrongful termination, EEOC issues, the Family and Medical Leave Act, contract negotiations, severance agreements, as well as all other state and federal law governing the employment relationship. In addition, Rena represents clients in employment litigation matters in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (OCRC), and the Department of Labor.
In the course of her representation, Rena also counsels clients on compliance with state, federal and agency law and provides training on matters such as sexual harassment and wage and hour issues.
