As an associate in Coolidge’s Labor and Employment department, Matt Crawford counsels employers in addressing and creating solutions for a wide variety of workplace issues. He has secured dismissal of unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board and State Employment Relations Board. He has successfully represented clients in arbitration proceedings, in litigation matters and before administrative agencies. He also brings substantial experience in collective bargaining negotiations, public sector fact-finding, union elections, mediation and counseling in employment matters.

Matt’s prior experience came at a small Dayton-based firm focusing in labor and employment law, as well as the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office. He is a graduate of Ohio University and The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. While in law school, Matt completed an externship with Judge Solomon Oliver, Jr. of the Northern District of Ohio. He is licensed to practice in Ohio as well as the Federal Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.
