Zachary B. White

Zachary B. White

Dayton, Ohio
Zachary White is an associate in the firm's Litigation Department, where he works alongside clients to resolve disputes arising from business operations and transactions. He also helps clients with initial business formation, corporate governance, and all other matters relating to day-to-day business operations.
Before joining Coolidge Wall, Zach worked for a well-respected law firm in Canton, Ohio, where he gained significant experience helping clients navigate business disputes and, when necessary, initiate or defend lawsuits.  He also assisted clients with corporate formation and governance, sales tax compliance, and a variety of other transactional matters.
Originally from Youngstown, Ohio, Zach earned his law degree from the University of Minnesota in 2016, where he worked as a university ombudsman and dispute resolution specialist. It was in this role as an ombudsman that he learned to fashion creative solutions to unique and difficult problems. He also served as Student Director of the law school’s National Moot Court Team and spent a summer with the United States Air Force as a law clerk in the JAG Corps. Before law school, Zach graduated from Youngstown State University, where he won the 2013 ACMA Moot Court National Championship, being named the Nation’s top individual orator.
Zach lives in Dayton with his fiancé, who is a surgery resident at a local hospital. In his spare time, he enjoys playing fantasy football, golfing, reading, and (hopelessly) rooting for the Cleveland Browns.
