Marty Welch is a paralegal with the Corporate and Business Department. With over 40 years of experience, Marty has assisted in the management and consummation of innumerable corporate merger and acquisition transactions from start to finish, including establishment of electronic data rooms, data room management, due diligence review, preparation of ancillary closing documents and managing the closing process. Marty’s expertise also includes assisting with financing transactions, securities transactions, formation of corporate entities and ongoing corporate maintenance of those entities.

Marty is passionate about wildlife and wild places and spends her free time traveling and photographing nature with her husband, sometimes in very remote locations. Marty has been a member of the Dayton Tripod Camera Club for 25 years and has won Nature Photographer of the Year on several occasions.
