Thomas W. (TW) Langevin is an associate in the Tax and Corporate Departments. He regularly counsels clients on a wide range of federal, state, and local tax issues. TW's corporate practice involves counseling clients on issues pertaining to their businesses and operations, including entity formation, contract negotiation, corporate governance, organizational structuring, and general business advice. He also works on different forms of business transactions, including acquisitions and partnership buyouts.
TW has assisted with the formation of numerous non-profit entities, from the organization of the entity to the granting of exempt status by the IRS. He has provided guidance on various issues for non-profit entities.
TW is a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law, having obtained an LL.M. in Taxation. TW is also a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law, having earned the Business Law Certificate Designation. He served as a Note and Comment Editor for the Journal of Food Law & Policy in law school. Prior to his legal studies at the University of Arkansas, TW attended Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas, where he graduated magna cum laude in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
