William (Bud) Seall has concentrated his practice in two principal areas, general corporate and real estate, over the past forty years. He has handled a wide variety of mergers, acquisitions, securities offerings, financings and other corporate and business transactions for a large number of both private and public companies. In addition, he has significant experience in technology licensing and structuring of joint ventures and other business alliance relationships and has personally served on the Board of Directors of publicly-held companies.
In his real estate practice, Bud has represented both buyers and sellers in countless commercial real estate transactions involving office buildings, shopping centers, operating businesses and raw ground transactions, including the real estate financings, development activities and the governmental compliance requirements associated with such transactions.
Bud initially worked at the Coolidge firm from 1968 to 1985, and rejoined the firm in April 2009 after serving the preceding twelve years as In-House General Counsel for a regional commercial real estate developer headquartered in Dayton, Ohio.
