Joshua Lounsbury re-elected President of Friends of Aullwood Board
Josh Lounsbury was recently re-elected to serve as President of the Friends of Aullwood Board of Trustees. Fifty-six years ago, Marie Aull created the first nature center in the Midwest. Five years later she established the Miami Valley’s first children’s farm. Today, Aullwood’s working farm is a model of local sustainable agriculture in the Miami Valley. With over 200 acres of nature sanctuary with six miles of trails through prairie, forests, marsh, ponds, and meadows, Aullwood provides experiences and activities that increase understanding and preservation of the planet through education, research, and recreation.
Josh is a shareholder in the Workers’ Compensation Department at Coolidge Wall. Since 2004, he has represented employers in more than 1,000 hearings before the Industrial Commission of Ohio. He also handles appeals of workers’ compensation issues to the Common Pleas Court, the Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Ohio.
