In News by Coolidge Wall

Merle Wilberding, a senior member of Coolidge Wall Co., L.P.A., co-authored with Susan Elliott, the Director of the Law Library at the University of Dayton School of Law, a book entitled Haki Finds Common Ground. The Ohio State Bar Foundation awarded a $40,000 grant to Children’s Historical Publishing Company to pay for the printing and distribution of Haki Finds Common Ground. This book is part of the Haki series, with the first book being entitled, Haki and the Rule of Law. This series is aimed at supplementing the core courses at the inner city public schools throughout the major cities of Ohio by highlighting the structure that the rule of law brings to all phases of the lives of children and, in the current book, highlighting the ways in which people of all ages can use negotiation and mediation to resolve conflicts. Haki Finds Common Ground is aimed at school children in the age range of 12 to 15, but it can be useful to children of all ages.

As a part of introducing this book to the public, Merle Wilberding and Susan Elliott were recently interviewed by Emiko Moore on The City Show, a community access TV program based in Lebanon, Ohio. Their full interview can be accessed with the following link:
