Angeline Worley is a Paralegal in the firm’s Corporate Department. She has more than 15 years of experience in the legal field. Angie specializes in assisting with merger and acquisition transactions, entity formation and dissolution, entity maintenance and other corporate transactions. Prior to joining Coolidge, Angie worked as a paralegal and legal assistant at a number of established law firms in Dayton and Columbus. She started her career at the Clark County Department of Human Services.

Angie attended Clark State University where she studied Criminal Justice. She is a member of the National Notary Association. Angie has also been a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) – a trained volunteer who advocates on behalf of the best interest of a child in the child protection system. She received the volunteer of the year award from this organization in 2019.

Angie resides in Dayton with her husband, two children and their dog. In her free time, Angie likes to spend time with her family, and enjoys traveling and gardening.
