Lynn M. Reynolds is an attorney at Coolidge Wall with extensive experience advising employers, executives and boards on complex employment and business matters. Her employment law practice encompasses employee relations, discrimination and harassment, accommodations and leave, wage and hour compliance, performance management and discipline, employment agreements, workplace investigations, restructurings and reductions in force, and customized workplace training.

Having spent much of her career in senior in-house legal and executive roles, Lynn brings a practical understanding of the business and operational considerations that shape employment decisions. She has significant experience conducting sensitive, high-stakes workplace investigations, including matters involving C-suite and other senior executives. Lynn holds the AWI Certificate Holder (AWI-CH) credential from the Association of Workplace Investigators, reflecting specialized training in conducting impartial and thorough workplace investigations.

Prior to joining Coolidge Wall, Lynn served as Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at CareSource, where she advised senior leadership and the Board on significant legal, governance, regulatory and employment matters. She oversaw governance and regulatory compliance across more than 30 nonprofit and for-profit entities and advised on executive compensation and incentive plans.

At CareSource, Lynn also spearheaded the organization’s entry into the federal healthcare market, helping secure two federal contracts representing $110 million in revenue. She directed an enterprise-wide corporate restructuring in preparation for private equity investment, led related due diligence and negotiations, structured joint ventures supporting new Medicaid health plans and led legal and transactional work associated with the company’s first acquisition of a care coordination company.

Previously, Lynn served as Vice President and Head of Legal for the U.S. and Canada at LexisNexis Legal & Professional, where she advised four North American business divisions with combined revenues of $1.5 billion. Her responsibilities included significant employment and workforce matters, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory strategy and antitrust matters. Earlier in her in-house career, she led the employment law function supporting more than 10,000 U.S. employees and advised on hundreds of organizational restructurings and reductions in force.
