Ashley Warwar is a shareholder at Coolidge Wall and a member of the firm’s Estate Planning and Tax Department. She focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, trust, probate and tax. She assists with the preparation and administration of estates and works with individuals, families, and institutions on the tax aspects of charitable giving.

Prior to law school, Ashley lived in Boston, MA, where she worked as the lead recruiter for a development/construction firm and oversaw the company’s expansion into New York City.

Ashley earned her undergraduate degree from Denison University with a B.A. in Political Science.  She graduated from The University of Dayton School of Law, cum laude, with a certified concentration in Intellectual Property.  She received the CALI Award for highest-scoring student in nine classes and was a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society. While in law school, Ashley received the Pro-Bono Commitment to the Community award from the Supreme Court of Ohio and the Ohio Legal Assistance Foundation.

Ashley was recognized as a 2025 “Rising Star” by the Super Lawyers rating service. Rising Stars are attorneys 40 years old or younger (or in practice for 10 years or less). Rising Stars go through a multi-phase selection process that includes nominations, independent research, and peer review. Rising Star recognition applies to the top 2.5 percent of eligible candidates.

Ashley has served on the Board of Learning Tree Farm since 2020, and currently serves as its secretary. In addition, Ashley was on the Dayton Art Institute’s Associate Board for five years through 2024.
