Jordan Staley serves as an Associate Attorney in both the Real Estate and Corporate Departments.

Specializing in commercial real estate, Jordan offers comprehensive legal counsel to both corporations and individuals. His expertise encompasses the entire spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, from acquisitions and sales to project development and financing. Additionally, Jordan has served as outside counsel for national corporations, addressing the full suite of their real estate needs.

Within the firm's Corporate Department, Jordan adopts a balanced approach that integrates risk mitigation and prudent governance with an orientation towards growth and innovation. His scope of services includes corporate formations, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and collections.

Before joining Coolidge, Jordan worked for a Dayton-based law firm, concentrating in real estate, municipal law, and business litigation. While finishing school at the University of Dayton School of Law, he gained diverse legal experiences as an extern for the Honorable Michael J. Newman of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and with the United States Air Force JAG Corps. Jordan completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Cincinnati.

An active member of both local and national bar associations, Jordan is also a committed community volunteer in Centerville, serving on multiple civic boards. Outside his legal practice, Jordan enjoys coaching youth soccer and playing golf with friends and family.
