Robert Ballinger is an associate member of the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate Department. Robert focuses his work in representing clients with the purchase, sale,  development, and financing of commercial real estate projects. In addition, Robert works with both landlords and tenants during the negotiation and drafting of commercial leases. He also has experience preparing easements, mortgages, notes, and deeds.

On the corporate side, Robert advises clients on the governance and management of partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations. Robert has also worked on different forms of business transactions, including acquisitions and partnership buyouts.

While a student at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, Robert clerked at a Columbus law firm which focused on healthcare related matters. Additionally, Robert clerked for the Honorable Justice Paul Pfeifer on the Ohio Supreme Court where he helped prepare opinions on a multitude of issues. Robert also served as a Staff Editor and as Marketing Editor for the Ohio State Business Law Journal.
