Coolidge Wall is proud to announce that attorney Kara Ruffolo has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Dayton Bar Association.
Kara’s appointment reflects her dedication to the legal profession, the Dayton community, and the clients she serves every day. As a member of the Board of Directors, she will help guide one of the region’s most influential legal organizations and contribute to the advancement of the profession throughout the Miami Valley.
An attorney in Coolidge Wall’s Estate Planning and Tax Department, Kara counsels individuals, families, business owners and fiduciaries on a wide range of matters including estate planning, trusts, probate and estate administration, tax planning and business succession strategies. Her unique combination of legal and business experience allows her to provide practical, thoughtful guidance that helps clients plan for the future and protect what matters most. Prior to joining Coolidge Wall, Kara worked as a tax consultant with EY, advising clients on complex mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. She also earned both her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Dayton.
The Dayton Bar Association has served the legal community for more than a century and plays a vital role in promoting professionalism, ethics, leadership development, continuing legal education, and access to justice throughout the region.
