Dayton, Ohio – The law firm of Coolidge Wall Co., L.P.A. is pleased to announce that Elliott V. Haller and Ashley E. Warwar have been elected as new shareholders of the firm.

Elliott is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate/Business Department. He focuses his practice on transactional, business, and health care law. He also has extensive experience with general corporate law.
Elliott has represented several large groups of medical facilities with complex corporate structures and routinely advises them on corporate matters, transactions, compliance, and contract issues. He has extensive experience working with Physicians as well as ID/DD, Long-Term Care, and Home Health providers. Elliott has also worked with some of the largest health systems and hospitals in the Midwest. He is a member of the American Health Law Association (AHLA) and active with the Ohio Health Care Association (OHCA).
Elliott was named a 2025, 2024 and 2023 Best Lawyers®: Ones to Watch. Ones to Watch recognizes lawyers who have been in private practice less than 10 years in the U.S. and like traditional Best Lawyers awards, is based entirely on peer review. In addition, he currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Wegerzyn Gardens MetroPark.
Ashley joined the firm after earning her law degree from the University of Dayton in 2018. She is an attorney in the firm’s Estate Planning and Tax Department. She focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, trust, probate and tax. Ashley assists with the preparation and administration of estates and works with individuals, families, and institutions on the tax aspects of charitable giving.
Ashley was recognized as a “Rising Star” by the Super Lawyers rating service. Rising Stars are attorneys 40 years old or younger (or in practice for 10 years or less). Rising Stars go through a multi-phase selection process that includes nominations, independent research, and peer review. Rising Star recognition applies to the top 2.5 percent of eligible candidates.
Ashley currently serves as secretary on the Board of Trustees of the Learning Tree Farm. She also was a member of the Dayton Art Institute’s Associate Board through 2024.
